What's covered

• Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM)
• Polycystic kidney disease (PKD)
• Other congenital defects diagnosed within 24 months

What's not covered

• Routine illness or accidents
• Conditions arising from negligence, accident, or improper care
• Cosmetic faults that do not affect health
