By using this website and placing a reservation with Pet Therapy, you agree to these terms.

Reservations and deposits

• A reservation is confirmed when your $500 deposit is received.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless the kitten is unavailable due to circumstances on our side (e.g., a health issue).
• The balance is due before pickup or shipment.

Pickup and shipment

• Kittens are released at 12 weeks of age.
• If shipping via flight nanny, you arrange and pay the nanny directly. We hand off at the local airport.
• Risk of loss transfers to you at the moment of hand-off.

Code of care

You agree to:

• Keep your kitten as an indoor cat
• Provide regular veterinary care
• Never declaw
• Spay/neuter at the age appropriate for your kitten
• Notify us if you ever cannot keep the kitten — we'll take them back rather than have them rehomed without us knowing
